YOGA FOR SELF DISCOVERY - 6 WEEK JOURNEY TO DEEP AWARENESS AND REJUVENATION 

OPEN TO EVERYONE (Beginners are very welcome) 

Breath is medicine. A six-week program created specifically, to teach you simple yoga and breath techniques to reveal and direct our most positive qualities towards a more fulfilling life. You will learn simple movements, breathing and meditation techniques, that strengthens your spirit, increase your lung capacity and calm your mind. Be assured that even minimal ongoing practice with some regularity will help calm the nervous system and make space for healing and rejuvenation.  

In the course of 6 weeks, you will - 

- develop a simple yet powerful practice of your own
- Cultivate healing and deep rejuvenation
- Increase energy, regulate sleep patterns and circulation
- Calm the nervous system 
- Reduce anxiety and manage stress 
- Regulate, manage and balance energy
- Elevate mood
- Increase clarity
- Feel the profound benefits of breath-work, meditation and movement on the body, mind and spirit

YOUR TEACHER - ATMAROOPA


Atmarupa has been practising Yoga for 20 years and teaching since 2005 following training in the Satyananda system of integral yoga over the period from 2003 to 2013, inclusive of regular residential as well as online components with yoga centres in both NSW and Victoria.
Previously I attended programs in India for over 4 years from 2000 to 2004.
He has a daily Ashtanga, Meditation and Pranayama practice. He has been deeply interested in Yoga as a tool for healing and self-discovery. He shares his love of Yoga with a passion. " My intention with this course is to be able to offer you a practice that is simple, yet profound. My aspiration would be to enable students to develop creativity and pathways to enhance their real nature and natural talents, while also managing challenges and stress."
